Grilled Bloody Mary

Ingredients:

12-15 Roma Tomatoes Halved

2 Green Chile Peppers

1 Poblano Pepper

1 Jalapeno Pepper (for garnish)

6-7 Celery Stalks (3 for mix, the rest for garnish)

2 Lemons halved

2 Limes halved

1 Pineapple

2 sausage links

1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

1.5 Tsp Sugar

Salt and Pepper to taste

Tabasco to taste

Directions:

Light sear zone of grill or set up for direct heat. Brush grill grates with oil and arrange all fruit and vegetables cut side down over high heat. Grill 3-5 minutes until blistering occurs. Grill sausage links.

Transfer tomatoes, peppers, and 3 celery stalks to food processor or juicer. Squeeze the juice from lemons and limes and add to mix. Add the Worcestershire, sugar, and salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture into a pitcher. Chill.

Slice up sausage, rotisserie pineapple, and jalapeno and place on skewer.

For each drink: In ice filled cocktail shaker add ½ cup Bloody Mary Mix with 2 ounces of Tito's Vodka or preferred vodka. Close and shake well for 30 seconds. Pour into tall, iced glass.

Garnish with celery stalk, grilled lemon or lime wedge and skewer.

**If doing rotisserie pineapple start 45 minutes prior to serving. Set up on rotisserie, set rotisserie burner to medium heat and let cook for 45 minutes. Additionally, you may slice pineapple and place on sear zone with fruits and vegetables.
